Pressurized Irrigation is our life blood in Southern Idaho. However, With it comes some hidden challenges. Namely the mineral composition of the water. We take a proactive approach to identify what our irrigation water contains as far as antagonistic minerals. Ie. Bicarbonate, sodium, chlorides, etc. Once we have these antagonists identified we can deploy chemistries that minimize the effects these elements have on our soil solution chemistry… essentially we make a NEW water as seen in the video. So we identify what we don’t want and manage for what we do want… if you are unfamiliar with what your water quality is delivering to your soil. I encourage you to get pro active and manage it.
