Update- April 12th planted soybeans in NC Iowa. Dropped population varied between 110k-125k, final stands roughly recorded were between 95k-110k. As you can see in some of these pictures there were some seeds probably dropped a little too deep, and simply ran out of juice before reaching the surface. Some of those plants may make it out, but those plants will be drastically impacted by yield compared to the stand that’s been out of the ground for the last 7-10 days.
